Diamond Glazing like to leave a conservatory finished! When an installation is booked by a customer we offer all the following services, pricing them all separately so our customers have no hidden extras. Our customers know what there final bill will be from the start and if they choose our all inclusive option, they only ever have to deal with one person and that’s us. Surely in this day and age getting everything completed under one roof with one person and only one cheque to write, this has got to be a lot easier than sourcing contractors to complete five or six different jobs! All our conservatory customers receive an itinerary from us before installation letting them know who will be arriving, what time and what will get completed on that day. We offer this service to all our customers and we still manage to complete everything in 7 -10 days.
Plastering
Although many of our customers enjoy the traditional look of a dwarf wall finish, some customers like a more clean cut finish with smooth lines that compliment the rest of the home. Because we realise this we offer the option of plastering your conservatory walls and your house wall to give it a more contemporary feel, or just leave it traditional the choice is yours!
Leaded windows or Georgian bars.
Choose from various designs both lead and Georgian bars will add character to any home. Minimal cost with maximum impact!
Pilkington K Glass.
Although Pilks K (low E) if fitted in our windows and doors as standard, it is not required by law to fit in conservatory windows YET. If you’re worried about heat loss in your conservatory porch or sun room why not upgrade and gain benefits of high energy rated Pilkington K Glass. The coating reflects heat back into the room whilst also letting in free heat from the sun, known as passive solar gain ~ prices starting (for example) from £200.00 inclusive for 3m by 3m Classic Edwardian Conservatory.
Roofing Upgrades.
All our conservatories are fitted with a 25 mil poly carbonate roof with a choice of Opal, Bronze and clear. Other options available to suite all needs are:-
Upgrade to 32mil.
Upgrading your poly carbonate to 32 mil can help improve insulation – prices start from approx. £150.00 inc. For a 3m by 3m conservatory
Heat Guard.
Dual colour polycarbonate – opal on the inside and a silver/grey on the outside – helps reduce sun rays to keep your room cooler in the hot summer months and reduces glare which helps reduce furniture fading – Minimal cost with effective results
Foil Inserts.
Foiled strips inserted onto the outer poly – helps keep humid heat out in the summer and helps keep heat in during the winter, also reduces UV rays – excellent results
Polyspan Optimum
Either a grey or blue polycarbonate roof which reduces UV rays and helps reduce furniture fading
Traditional Roof Tiles
Bring your conservatory into your home with traditional roof tiles to match your house.
Pilkington Activ tm Blue
This is the world’s first true self-cleaning glass. Essentially it is the same as conventional glass, except for a unique dual – action coating which works in two ways. First it uses UV rays to break down and loosen organic dirt (such as bird droppings) and then it uses rain to wash the dirt away. With an attractive blue tint that combines self-cleaning with solar control, ideal for conservatory roofs.
High Tech Metro Tiles
A new and unique lightweight steel tile, with the appearance of a traditional tile, but sleeker, and more durable. The weight reduction from a traditional tile makes this more than ideal for any UPV-c structure and looks great. Has a huge impact with heat reduction as this fully insulated roof reduces heat loss and helps keep the room cooler in the summer months.
